In the last few days I started taking 2 paracetamols 3 times a day plus cough medicine, to get over my cold/flu virus. Now when I sit on the toilet for a number 2 I go through unbelievable pain, and I'm a bit constipated too. It cant be a coincidence so I've stopped taking them. I've been looking up hemoroid issues online and a product called Calmovil seems very good. Does anyone know where to get this in the UK or if its any good. Thanks.

Have you been taking anything with codine it it as that can bung you up.

If you're constipated, lactulose syrup is very good.

Might be you are a bit raw up there but only if you've had any reason, the runs can do it or if you're passing very large or dry poo.

You can get good gels like anusol for piles which will soothe as well as decrease any swelling.
