If you dont talk about or express your anxieties/fears, they come out in other ways, I have had many a sleepless night and been afraid to go to bed myself, but ive learnt to control it over the years, everyones advice about excersize is good and someone mentioned about only going to bed when they are completely wiped out...I did this a lot when I was having sleep problems, you may feel tired the next day, but you will get into a deep sleep and it wont be disturbed!!!
