To check her weight how about taking her over a weigh bridge in your car and then doing the same again without her.

Most Helens i know are fat ugly bitches with glasses so im guessing she will be around the 20stone mark with a face like a slapped Ar*se!!
My ex-sister-in-law was a Helen. And she was quite pretty, but very big boned. She weighed about 11 and a half stone.
