What would you tell yourself?
Mine would be:
- Wear sunscreen
- Don't go blonde
- Go on as much holidays and see as much of the world as you can
- He's not worth it
- Pay off your debts as quickly as you can, do NOT run up a credit card bill
- It's OK to make a fool of yourself sometimes
- Experiment

So, i tell myself at age 21 what the lotto numbers will be for a certain date, guarenteeing myself a win
BUT......i then know that i will only have a short time to enjoy said win, seeing as when i reach the age i'm at now, i will be heading back in time via a portal.
No doubt there will be no way back.....or is this not the Torchwood-type time travelling? ;)

To not be so impulsive & rush into things (like marriage, relationships...)
Don't settle for the first man that comes along... there will be others... plenty of them
Don't be so stupid with credit cards
Know when you've had enough and stop. Right then.
It's a big world out there - get out there.
Have confidence in yourself - you are capable of so much more than you realise
Don't dwell on whether you've made a fool out of yourself - of course you have, & does it really matter?
