Hi squad.
I've just read your last post on the original.

Mr O gave him a sound earbashing, but the lad is such a klutz it probably went over his head.
He had to buy another train ticket but there is a direct train from Newcastle to Leeds so he eventually got there.
Yes, he's in his first year.
Needless to say, when he qualifies I won't be letting him anywhere near me!

Thanks for replying....1st and 2nd years are the most difficult and 2MB is the hardest exam he will ever take....the hardest exam ANY degree candidate will take. From then on it is plain sailing and everyone will qualify. He will become one of the most satisfying of all professions....be proud of him as he will have deserved it.
PS Before I went ti Med school, I worked on the station as a porter and sent one woman onto the wrong platform and put an old lady on the wrong train....no future for me on LNER as it was then.
Keep me informed of his progress.
