What would you say has been Britain's best comedy series and/or comedian?

Mine is Only Fools and Horses and best comedian has to be Ronnie Barker.
If I were on my death bed and had these to listen to I'd die laughing!!! No offence to anyone or their families I hope.

Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister. I bought mr thug the boxed set for Christmas and we ration them to 2 episodes every Tuesday. We work with politicans and appreciate that often the scripts are not fiction but based on fact. That's what makes it so funny.
