I really believe that 25kg is a ridiculous and impossible goal to set yourself in that space of time. I was 79kg and I am now 62kg and to lose that 17kg took me at least 4 months. I excercised every day, never ate between meals and had very balanced low fat meals. If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off you need to plan it carefully and have lots of willpower. If you are going on holiday in 2 weeks why not start now? you can probably expect to lose between 3 to 5 pounds every week for the first few weeks, then the loss will decrease, but this is because your body starts to get comfortable and reluctantly sheds pounds when you are at a healthy weight. Crash diets are dangerous. When your body is starved it learns to store fat more efficiently so you may lose a lot of weight initially but then it will pile back on, thats why you need to take it slowly. I wish you the very best of luck.
I get very confused with all the metric and pounds so worked this out -
So the only way you'd lose that amount of weight in the time you want is probably liposuction!! A very drastic way of doing it.
Aim for losing 1.5-2kilo (4lbs) a week. Some weeks you may lose more than others, but keep going on a low calorie diet and excersize, and you will get there.
Crash diets or fad diets may help shift the pounds initially, but they are more likely to return with vengance and take longer to lose the second time round!!
< P>I'm 82.5kg and I should really be 54ish kg!!!
So keep your chin up and good luck
