according to a poster i have in my kitchen:
almonds
green leafy veg (kale, spinach, watercress)
broccoli
swere
tofu (calcium set)
soya milk (fortified)
i mash tinned salmon, pilchard and sardine bones in with the flesh, they just disintegrate and you're not even aware of them. HATE fresh fish with all those spikey bones in though.
