supaman.....I always found that plenty of fluids (water and OJ, or lucozade if you can stomach it) helped re-hydrate me etc. Also, eating carbs etc (again, if you can face it). Too much sugar gave me a headache, btu I knwo some folk swear by Mars bars etc as a pick me up. but to be honest, I found the best way was to do absolutely sod all the day after....just have a chill out day, with a few joints perhaps, and by night time I was feeling more on an even keel.
Oh honestly! I haven't particularly got a problem with people taking drugs - as long as they intefere with no body, it's none of my business what they choose to put into their bodies. I wish they'd legalise the whole lot, including class A's and all the rest of it. Get the government some tax revenue, get rid of the criminals etc etc stop it being 'glamorous' etc...
But you sound like a right twit asking for a drug.
1) If you're having to take 10 pills, they're not ecstacy, they're something else.
2) The reason that you feel rough is that you've knackered your body's ability to produce serotonin. Serotonin is what makes people happy. E (and the drugs sold as E) work by sending production of serotonin through the roof. Your body then suffers a hang over as it tries to regulate the production; E users can spend up to 4 days attempting to get back to a normal state. The last thing your overtaxed system needs is another drug. At least Jills' advice was basically good. No one knows the long term effects of playing about with your serotonin levels in this way, but there are good grounds to believe that it may cause depression.
If you're going to do drugs, at least have the wits and intelligence to know what the effects are in advance, and how to cope with any problems that may arise. Oh, and please don't talk to non-drug users; you have no idea how catastrophically dull it is listening to druggies talk.
jills, why are you surprised by andyhughes' answer?
I would have thought it was obvious that if you put toxins into your body, you are going to feel rough the next day. I wouldn't then ruin your body even more by taking another drug to try and combat the ill-effects of the first one, as you'll just feel rough from that one the day after.
If you have to take E's at all (and I'm not preaching, but I can't see why you take them when, from all the news lately, you know that one rogue pill could easily kill you), then just be sensible the next day and take in lots of fluids and sugar.
We think it's a joke because you take 10 pills on an average night and think Brian Harvey is cool! Come to think of it, maybe you would think Brian Harvey was cool if you took 10 pills! Anyway, I've already given a serious answer, so you can read that and ignore my other ones if you like.
Oh, and another reason I think you're taking the pi$$: a couple of lines of coke as a cure? Come on! If you were a regular drug user you'd know that wouldn't be a good idea...
