I've had a couple of fillings fall out, and my tooth/gums haven't bled either time.

did the tooth hurt too? i think ive had a filling or part of one fall out and its hurting. thought i saw blood when i was brushing my teeth but could be from somewhere else as sometimes get that anyway.
Depends on how much filling there was. If it was a fairly extensive filling then the tooth could well hurt. I wouldn't
have thought the tooth would bleed - that's more likely to be the gum. Try to get it sorted soon in case of infection
