I've turned into a complete worry wart recently. I keep worrying about things in the future that I don't have any control over, or worrying about little things that never ever turn out to be anything significant.

Does anyone have any advice for how I could stop worrying so much? Should I go to a doctor and ask them?

Worry works ! Most of the things I've worried about haven't happened
Sounds like an anxiety state to me jenny. Maybe a relaxation cd would help. I've got a hypnotherapy cd and it helps me when Im anxious. Just google "Relaxation CD's". Good luck.
I'll take comfort in that Billy 'cos I'm exactly like jennyjen at the moment, I've always been a worrier but the past six months I've been almost obsessive.
I agree with china about the anxiety. Jenny has anything happened to spark this off? (In my case it has) Maybe you're depressed in which case a word with your GP might help or perhaps you're just feeling low after this long winter?
Seriously the one thing that has consistently worked for me with worry & depression is walking in my local park .
