I'm 5ft 11 so really prefer guys to be 6ft and over, but not many of them seem to exist!

Yea most guys out there seem to be really small don't they? Well I'm about 5ft 6 so any guy that's taller than me is fine...I don't think I could go out with a guy that was smaller than me I feel that it would just be weird and uncomfortable. Well I hope you find a nice tall guy georgit79! xx

I'm 5'5" and my boyfriend is 5'11". I don't have an ideal height but as long as they are a bit taller than me, but not massive as my neck would ache through looking up all the time!

according to an article i read, the optimum is man's height divided by womans height = 1.09.

 

The closer the measurement is to this, the better.  At 5ft5 and 5ft11, i'd say me and my partner are fine!

I think it's fair to say I would want a bloke to be taller than me, but that's like saying he mustn't be fat or bald. I could fall for ANYONE given the right charisma!

There are loads of tall guys in my neck of the woods (Hampshire)!! I'm 5'7" and I like a guy to be around the 6'2" mark, which mine is :o)

I'm 5'7" and I just like a man to be tall enough so that I don't tower over him when wearing high heels, so that would be 5'10" or above. My bf is 5'11", so ideal!

I am 5ft 3 and my bloke is 6ft 2 which is really annoying because he's that lit-tle bit too tall for me but oh well.

I try not to discriminate and have gone out with blokes who are shorter than me (which isn't hard), in fact my last boyf was 2 inches shorter, but at the end of the day it makes me feel really self-conscious, so I'm going to start being a bit more picky from now on!

I NEVER wear high heels, either. Can't afford to!

Georgit.  Wear high heels with pride.  Back in the 60's I wore 4 in. platforms and loved every minute of it.  Height doesn't matter one bit.  I have always found bald, chubby, short Bob Hoskins very attractive and would love to walk out on his arm and I am 5'9.

Ideally, maybe 6 foot? As long as he's not shorter than me (I'm 5'4"), then I don't mind really. If they're too tall, then I get neck ache and end up talking to their chest haha. Here's another question...who would your rather date? Someone who is freakishly small or freakishly tall: Midget v Giant. You have to choose one though. Ooh its like a game! ( Pleae excuse me, I have some growing up to do :o) )

I'm 5'8" and my ideal man would be about 5'11" (i.e. big and handsome but not excessively huge).  But I wouldn't say no to 5'7" or 6'2" if he's nice enough  :-)   GSTQ

I'm 5ft3 and my husband is 5ft10 which is perfect for me because I'd hate to stretch up too far for a snog! Plus even in heels he's taller than me (that would be me in the heels, not him obviously).
