Baring in mind you don't say how old you are... I'd err on the side of caution and say go to the docs... you know the drill... stool tests etc firstly... well... if the doc is thorough that is.
Secondly... I'd say cut out wheat/gluten... so thats bread/cakes etc and just see if it helps??? whilst you're waiting to see if it's nothing to worry about.
it could be what you are eating, I have IBS and I cannot eat gaseous foods like onions, beans, cucumber, tomatoes, bananas ,peppers, cabbage, sprouts ect nor can I eat certain spices, eating any of these by mistake will give me severe bloating, I find antacids quite helpful if I feel quite bloated
its worth writing down what you have eaten when you get a reaction, I used to say everything but after writing it down I found it was certain foods not all foods!
How old are you?
Male or female....male I presume.
Any diarrhoea?
Any stomach pain?
Do you feel bloated after a small amount of food?
Is your urine normal in colour?........dark?
Do certain foods bring it on?
from the post by derryman it suggests eating all the things others are saying to cut out or down on was no problem until 4 months ago--so what has changed--cutting out or down on is only dealing with the symptoms--u need a doc to find out why it is happening
