I have big boobs and for a few years the area under them were always sore with open skin - (caused by a fungus like Athletes foot). I tried everything and even the stuff the doctor gave me didn't work.
I used the Sudocrem for a couple of weeks and over 5 years later it is still healed.
It can't hurt to try it.

Condy's crystal's {potassium permanganate} are very good, cleared my son's athletes foot in no time, they are minute purple crystal's,just put four of said crystal's in an old bowl of tepid water {only half fill it},soak your feet for about 15 minutes and dry,do this a few times and it should work,it is a very strong antiseptic and was once,I believe, the only antiseptic that was used in Hospital theatres,I wish you all the best of luck.
Athlete's foot is a fungus, the spores of which live in the skin and also in your shoes and socks.
I got Athlete's Foot in the Air Force in 1949 and suffered the smelly embarrassment for years even though I washed my feet and changed my socks daily.
One day I was told that the only thing to remove A. F. was Boracic Acid Powder which is sprinkled in the socks and shoes daily. This was inconvenient but at least it did work........until Boracic Acid Powder became unobtainable.
Crystals were available but could not be used in the shoes so I tried dissolving the crystals in water and soaking my feet until the water was cool and then let the feet dry naturally. This ensures that the Boracic Acid gets into the skin and attacks the A. F. spores.
Now I soak my feet in this way about once every 8 or 9 months and they are completely free of A. F. Socks can be worn for a full week if required with not the hint of a smell.
I now use 2 desert spoons of Starpax Household Borax, a Pre-wash water softener which contains Boracic Acid in a bowl of hot water. This was obtained from the local Chemist and I've just noticed that the 200gm. packet I still occasionally use has an expiry date of 02/2005 which goes to show how little I use it and how effective it is for A. F.
I would, however, add a word of caution. Whilst I have found this method to be extremely suitable for my feet and my condition, I do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any detrimental effect it may have on other people's feet or condition.

Be aware that you can get a nasty infection from the cracks between toes caused by athletes foot. So treat it, and successfully, or beware of any warning signs that an infection has set in.
We once took our son to an emergency doctor's appointment on a Sat morn for just this reason. The doc was quite cross to think we had appointed for athletes foot......til he saw the foot!
