Bowen Treatment

Has anyone had any experience of 'Bowen Therapy'? I have had 3 sessions for painful knees and lower disc pain, but the only reaction I have had is similar to the flu. I was told this was the toxins being released!

I had it. It was super, smashing, great.

My sister has this treatment every 2 months, she's always had back problems and doesn't want to take pain killers, she' swears by it and says she feels like a new woman every time :-}

That sounds really interesting, I don't like taking painkillers and am going to suss it out. so thanks for posting :)

Well, after 4 sessions it was agreed that I was one of the 20% that the Bowen therapy did not work on!
