If you suddenly lose weight, your body can't remember it's own blue-print, and so the skin doesn't adjust while the tissues do!! Urgh. So, do it slowly, and choose an eating plan for life, not just for diet. (Can I recommend Carol Vorderman's 28 day detox?). ALSO it's very important to exercise. For example, if you clench (pull in) your lower stomach and try and hold it for 10 seconds. Do this as many times a day as you can. It will strengthen the not-often used stomach muscles and that bit will become firmer. Also, join a gym and pay for an individual trainer. They will tell you what exercises will tighten up which bits the best.

Thank you so much for all of your opinions :) I've only just started on this diet and at them moment i'm feeling really happy with it, and I just seemed to panic a bit when I found that there might have been this big downside, so thank you again for making me feel alot better/ giving me things to do.
I'll make sure to post back here in a few months to say how it's gone/is going :)
