Difficilt question to answer exactly as it depends on many factors.  For example, during pregnancy a diastolic (lower) reading of 90 mmHg or above is considered high.  In a  fit adult say for example between the age of 25 and 50 the reading would probably be around 120/130/140 mmHg systolic (upper reading) and anywhere between 60 - 80 mmHg diastolic.   Also, remember that older peoples BP generally tends to be higher than this.  Don't forget, BP fluctuates all the time depending on circumstances (stress)/medical history/age.  If you're worried about it, why don't you pay a visit to your GP? I know this is a bit vague, but hope it helps.
a good health average is 120 over 80
I'm healthy and mine is 120 over 75
As kazzy says it  depends on many factors.  The general rule of thumb used by the layman says that the systolic(the first figure) should roughly be 100 plus your age, or there abouts.
