(known as 'Plateauing'). The important thing to remember about Atkins is to drink PLENTY of water, and make sure you eat enough. if you skip meals or reduce fat intake it will not work. I am on it again now as but am finding it very difficult to keep to this time as I get bored of it now where I didn't before. Make sure you keep enough of the 'Atkins 'type of food in or you will be reaching for the chocolate tin!
Remember also that the scales do not always represent what is going on in your body. You may be losing inches and lowering your blood cholesterol. Don't get too obsessed by actual weight loss!
