Had this for ages now. It's not killing me but it hasn't gone away either! Pain down the left side of my neck like I slept wrong but I have limited mobility and regularly having pain down my shoulder blade and sometimes my arm and a prickling sensation. I just thought I had a stiff neck but it's been months now.

Any ideas or can anyone tell me whether I should see a chiro, physio or osteo?

Thanks

Non of them. Sounds like it could be cervical spondylosis, so see your GP and he may arrange an MRI scan.

Thank you daffy. The symptoms I am having seem closer to sqads guess but I will have a good read of that link. Of course the best thing to do is get it checked out really, but I don't like to waste doctors time.
