Hates!

I hate having my haircut - I hate it with an absolute passion: I hate the fact that I have to pay for it, and I hate the fact that they ask me if I'm at work today when I'm sitting there in a suit.

 

In fact, I hate every aspect of the entire experience.

 

I've now taken to cutting my own hair with the kitchen scissors - which is sending the other half bananas - on the basis that I can always disguise any major mistakes with wax or gel - so far I've done OK.

 

So, what do you guys hate with a passion and what lengths do you go to to avoid doing it.

galltin- YES YES YES!  Annoyed I didn't think of that one myself...

Also, it really irritates me when there are too many exclamation marks in an email, text or letter! Because then I start to wonder whether the person is slightly mad! Or just really happy all the time! And I also wonder whether they're shouting and jumping around while they write!

You mean like this georgit?!?!?!!!!?? I'm just sat at my desk drinking tea, I am happy but not overly and I'm not mad. I have got to agree with the 'going up at the end of a sentence thing' so everything sounds like a question? And peole that say "Do you know what I mean?" at the end of everything. I do that myself, but I still think if people don't understand they'll say so - you don't have to ask them each time you open your mouth. D'ya know what I mean?

For those ( that includes me) wondering what a sycophant is, there's a definition from a dictionary: "A servile self-seeker who attempts to win favor by flattering influential people" . Saves you from looking it up yourselves! Not very nice, though...I wonder who this was aimed at ?

i also hate going to a restaraunt and have only one little napkin at your seat and have to ask for more. also hate the places that have a napkin dispenser with those tiny little napkins that are only good for wiping your mouth one time so you have a huge pile at the end of your meal.

i hate adverts for cars/soliciters/lawyers etc, people who talk in the cinema, people who talk constantly, not having any money, mirrors (i have a phobia), jodie marsh (how pointless she is), the thought of someone ripping my earrings out (weird, i know), disocnnecting internet when ur doing something important

I can't stand it when you've just washed the floor and then someone walks in with their shoes on and you feel dead mean asking them to take them off as soon as they walk in so u have to do it all again when they've gone! Grrrrr!!!
