I have no doubt that there is a wicked spirt called Satan who was once an angel in heaven but cast out by God. And most of all I have no doubt that my God reins in heaven and is the King of both heaven and earth. Question is:  Can any soul on this earth afford to not believe in God, or are they so arrogant and ignorant that they think Satan can save them from God's mighty wrath.

Can i just say godsservent that in your previous answer you said how can people look at a baby and not see god, now forgive me, but when my baby was born, i saw my baby, nothing to do with god, the reason my baby was born was because me and her dad had sex, simple as that! And for the record, i don't believe in god or the devil. Each to their own........

Ooh, do you think god made me post that last answer twice?????? One more thing though, the people i thank for being here and the only people i worship and respect most in the world are my parents. I'm not gonna thank god for being on this earth when my parents put me here and i would most certainly never worship or have respect for someone that no one can even prove exists!!!

To answer several responses: I have a wonderful life and it's had it's share of trials and tribulations like others. I strive to always put others needs before my own. For those that do not believe try feeding the homeless and clothing them in the cold and still hear them thank God. Try playing with a child who has cancer or sit talking with a dying adult and listen about their abouding faith in God. Try and hold a child and look at the child than something more than DNA. Take any anger or frustration you have with those that believe in God and turn it into a challenge to help others. Let children be children and enjoy Santa, the tooth fairy and all the other fairytales. But teach them there is but one greater than any of us. Our God. If you say you believe in God than you should never "wind it up" you should continue to stand up for his truth and love. God Bless You All

Actually, Godsservant, I serve neither God nor Satan - i consider myself to be a good person without having to find an icon to worship.  I, like many others, just do the best i can to be good to children & small animals e.t.c, e.t.c, help others as and when needed, and above all enjoy my life - life is short enough, without spending the majority of it worrying about what's going to happen at the end of it!  I would suggest that you do the same, but fear it would fall on deaf ears.(Or blind eyes??).  Anyway, LIVE AND LET LIVE, and don't try to impose YOUR views on others.  And how can " Free Will" be a choice for everyone - you either have free will or you don't, get your facts straight.  Go and read some Emmanuel Kant. (Anyway, folks,  as Iuc says, should this really be in the news???)

Who considers them greater than the King of Heaven and Earth to try and put an end to his work, for there has never been greater news than the news that was given to us by Christ our Lord. Go forth and teach all nations was a commandment of Him and no one else. I am much too humble to take the stance on my own. I can't live my life on my own without God. I hope you all find his joy and peace. Tartanwiz, many thanks to you for your kindness. Isn't it sad that a conversation about the Lord is such a controversial subject. I can only imagine how controversial it was during Christs time on this earth, but so thankful he was there and died for our sins. Working to be a good christian is by far the hardest work ever known to man, but will offer the greatest award. And it is with that hope that I will join my heavenly Father one day, and see my earthly Dad again. God bless you!

Well, in the same way that you feel that MY life is unfulfilled because I don't worship a God, I find it incredibly sad that YOU feel that you cannot live your life without worship - what if someone proved  tomorrow that there is no god?  Would you be able to go on living?  I am genuinely interested in what you think.
