Need desperate advice.
7 Answers
I went out at the weekend and met up with some guys in the student union who seemed pretty nice and we all went to a gay club afterwards. We were all very drunk and we went back to some guys house for an after party. We basically ended up getting up to a lot of things and It really pains me to say this that I was so drunk no condoms were used. Yesterday I have these painful open sores on my bum and I also have discharge from my penis which is a off white colour. I have been frantically googling and think I have herpes and Chlamydia. I am too embarrassed to even show myself to my house mates let alone go out of the house. To walk is so painful also. What options do I have? where do I go for treatment :(

Get yourself to a doctor ASAP - don't suffer in silence. I know it's embarrassing, but they really have seen it all before.
Either go to your GP or see if there is a walk-in centre or a sexual health (GUM) clinic near you. Call NHS Direct to find or have a look at their website: www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.
My GP surgery actually holds sexual health clinics in the evenings - it's good if you work or don't want to discuss sexual health issues with your usual GP.
At the end of the day, the bugs you have obviously picked up (which could any one of a number or combination of things) will not go away by themselves. And chances are a simple course of antibiotics could well sort it out.
You've had the guts to have unprotected sex with strangers - after that it really isn't as hard as you think to go to see a doctor.
Hope you feel better soon (and stock up on free condoms when you visit the clinic/doctor!)
