I don't know why, but a friend told me a story about someone he knew whose foot was crushed by something heavy, and the recovery was extremely painful and not complete a year later - that just really freaks me out.
I'm afraid of my husband or son dying - the thought really gets me scared.
I'm terrified of flying, getting cancer or anyother terminal disease and slowly wasting away. I'm also incredibley freaked out by the idea that one day someone is going to call me and tell me either one of my parents has died. The thought that I won't be with them breaks my heart. My worst fear used to be being burgled...than I got burgled & it wasn't the end of the world afterall
It also used to be having an incurable illness that would make me very disabled...then I got one & it also wasn't the end of the world!!
