I know how synovial fluid is produced but a friend of mine sed that there is always a table spoon of Synovial fluid in your body? is that true or is it only produced when exercising?

No, synovial fluid is always present in the body, exercising or not. No idea how much is in the joints, but O wouod have thought at least a tablespoonful.
