HOWEVER..... you really need to be organised to ensure that you do the gym routines (6 days a week!!) and eat all the appropriate foods (6 meals a day INCLUDING the protein shakes, which are pretty expensive)..... If you are the type of person who can stick to a 12 week strict regiment... then this is for you! If you are like me and can't.... then its back to the basics of a balanced diet and regular exercise.....
Also - when you come off this 12 week program... That is the hardest... have a personal trainer and dietician if possible!!
