how long are you contagious for when you have glandular fever

Hello i have glandular fever and have had for 4 yrs it normally lasts min 6 yrs but can last longer there is nothing the doc can do, just try and stay healthy because you will catch EVERYTHING!! i have had tonsulitus  (spelling) every month for 4yrs!! it drives me mad!!

Iknow it's to do with your glands, but what symptoms do you get?

I'm not being nosy, (my sister's got it)
