Just to let you know, went to docs and he is sending me for an x-ray to check for cervical spondylisis (not sure if I have spelt that right!!).

If not that then will investigate more.

If you hadn't suggested I would have left it, so thanks again for your help.

next help please! can straining cause any type of cerebral hemmorrage?
