how would you deal with/handle cheek from a friend of your son? I'm not impressed and told him so. Not an ounce of remorse, thought it was hilarious. I didn't. (Having said I didn't think it was hiilarious am considering posting this in "How It works :D) duh teenagers.....

Many thanks for your contributions, informative and amusing but not both at once :D
Youth is wasted on the young...
my parents would of given me a good clip across the earhole if i cheeked anyone. Unfortunatley that kind of respect has gone for elders nowadays, teens just arent scared anymore!
Hi albaqwerty. My son has a 'friend' who seems to think he can answer back on my son's behalf and has also added a few of his own comments. Needless to say, he has to wait on the step or the wall these days.
as a child, I met a fair few 'grown ups' who claimed you were being cheeky no matter what you said or how you said it - if it in any way was correct....
many adults lash out and say things they shouldnt without thinking to kids - simply because they can...and they don't like it when they are then proven to be wrong, irrational or even just stupid...
