Living donor

Would you be a living donor, im interested in being one, just wondered if it would be a good step to take?

I'm not exactly sure what a Living Donor is. Do you offer to give away one of your healthy kidneys, or some bone marrow, etc?
If this is the case I might in extreme circumstances do it for a very closed loved member of my family but can't visualise myself making this kind of sacrifice for an unknown individual. Too much of a physical coward for one thing!

Yes thats right you do, usually for close loved ones, but has been known to give to unknown persons, its just something i would like to do for somebody that needs a kidney.
