rashes and spots

hello, i have very itchy flaky (bleeding) patch of scalp at the front of my head, which docs have said is psoriasis but have unsuccessfully treated for last four years, also i have spots in the groin area above my manhood for last four years which are tough to touch and are now getting more of. also i have had hemmoroids for last four years too! no success from any treatment yet and its all come on at once? i am very physically fit with a good diet. what are they? can i get rid of them as i scratch and itch each day! thankyou.
