I had a colonic irrigation a while back which i found very good.I was told that perhaps it would be better if i avoided dairy products which i find very hard to do in my diet. I now find that wheat doesnt really agree with me either making me bloated and uncomfortable. If i try to avoid dairy and wheat what else is there for me to eat?

Have you been medically diagnosed as having an intolerance to wheat and dairy? If not then it may be time to see your GP and ask him/her before trying to eliminate these things from your diet.
Corn based products are a substitute for many wheat products.

Tahini which is made from sesame is a good replacement for some of the nutrients obtained from dairy.

Both adult dairy and gluten tolerace are fairly new genes so many individuals are not able to digest these proteins properly. The gene for adult humans to digest lactose only became widespread in the last 10,000 years.
