If your GP has given you osmetihng specific for your dermatitis then just use that anything else may irritate it, i have suffered from it on my hands and know it is really horrid, the best thing you can do is keep it dry and use the cream your GP has given you and keep applying it regularly as your eye area is one of the most delicate areas of skin i would avoid anything else as this may only make it worse. Plus if your GP has given you something you really shouldn't be asking us guys for more stuff to put on it after all we aren't doctors on here.
I would maybe try a cold compress wrapped in something so you don't get the area wet but other than that i wouldn't want to say unless you reacted hun. Sorry
