Throat tickle

I have a bit of a tummy bug and was vomitty sick in the middle of the night last night

Since then I have a tickle in my throat, near the back of my tongue, which is driving me round the bend! Every time I take a breath it irritates it!

How can i get rid of it? I can't touch it with my finger as it makes me gag!

chazza......to be fair, you have had the problem for less than 12hrs.......give it a chance to settle on it'e own.

Sucking an ice cube could help both problems, nausea and itchy tickly throat, plus it will help replace some of the lost fluid - not however the electrolytes. I hope you soon feel better.
