Well that's easy to answer - oh wait, no it's not - because it's a crap question.

Now that's out the way - if you have a skin problem, seek professional medical advice. Also, when you say neck cream, are we talking sun-cream, moisturising cream, vitamin creams? Help us out a bit!!
