Well, I wish her well and thank her for all her help in the past, and thanks to all that gave intelligent answers.

I was in Skype contact with Ethel a little while ago & then she suddenly dropped out of sight.Like the other A/Bers I would like to know what has happened to her, I am quite concerned because I do know that she suffers with a dreadful life threatening disease which requires constant medical attention.Please those of you who are intolerant show a little compassion, this is a gentle sensitive lady we are discussing.

I remember the messy ending of Beatrice. She moved from Q&P to Chatterbank. Things still not go too well - and her husband banned her from coming on Answerbank again.

Sorry to report I've tried Skyping Ethel again today with negative results. Ron.

I heard ethel was actually the old answerbank editor.When the editor was changed and they got the new wine drinking chummy one , well she was just phased out.

I cant confirm or deny this as noones actually met ethel and cant 100% confirm his/her existence.
