Ibuprofen or paracetamol. Which gives the best relief for man-flu?

paracetemol good for fever and drying up nose, ibuprofen more antiflammatory good for aches and pains. If you have mucus (sorry to be gross) avoid milky drinks as the lactose promotes mucus. You can take both drugs, though do not exceed stated dose. Make sure you have eaten something to take Ibuprofen (or any NSAID) and stay well hydrated.

Or man-up and watch a Steven Segal film!
Both equally effective.

Thanks for your answers. I haven't got a temperature, just lots of sneezing & gallons of low viscosity mucus.
I always use benelin for flu, or night nurse is good, makes you feel so much better!
hot lemonade and 2 paracetamol,works wonders
Best Cure for Man-Flu - tell him there is free beer and a stripper at the local pub - he will be down them stairs faster than you can say lemsip !!!! {:oD - hahaha
