quick query re bang to head

Yes I know it might have done me good LOL Without telling a long tale, have just gone full forehead into immovable concrete at spped. Feel a bit wobbly and have applied cold compress, should I do anything else except watch for the signs of concussion??

Are you sure that you were not knocked out.........even for a moment?

It sound as though you will have a bruise......cold compress is ideal.

If you live with someone, ask them to make sure that you can be awakened during the night.

If you have nausea or vomiting, then go straight to A&E

Take any analgesic for the headache.

mamya, I bashed my head on the corner of my bedside table last week, during the night. I had a green bruise on my forehead and it hurt!

I also walked into a corner of my desk at work yesterday, and have a spectacular bruise on my thigh.

don't worry about feeling foolish, just look after yourself x

you have time to make up a fantastic story! when my daughter fell off a bucket (yeah, long story) and bruised her face, we told people she'd fallen off a horse during a circus act.. apparently they asked for a volunteer from the audience ;o)
