lung nodules
4 Answers
Just letting you know that my lovely friend got results of bone marrow results which was quite painful - though some you Abers said it was just uncomfortable. Anyway consultant very pleased with the result but she now has to get biopsies of lungs. What is the crack with this - hope to God she is knocked out for these.

Anyway although I didn't have an anaesthetic I can't remember a thing about it. I could have watched them doing it on a TV screen though. Your friend can ask for a sedative - you do get a choice. I just couldn't stand the thought of a tube being pushed down my throat and into my lungs. There is a bit of bleeding afterwards so expect to cough up a bit of blood for a day ort wo, but nothing dreadful. I was as right as rain afterwards. Mine was obviously a different type of lung biopsy than daffy's.
