poo question

when I get up early (around 5.45am) on work days my poo is never solid and I often have to have between 2-3 visits to the loo before I can leave for work. But on weekends when I get to have a lie in and get up after 9am, I never have that problem and my poo is always solid.
Is it a case of my digestive system not having completed their job when the alarm rings early and rudely interupts its work, or what?
Does anyone have the same issue or know why this is happening?
Thanks

I don't drink alcohol at all so can't be that.
It's not a case of waiting and doing it at work, my bowels won't allow me to wait ;-)
It sounds very like Irritable Bowel Disease, but get it checked out by a GP.
are you anxious about anything in work it could be nerves
I have IBS and it is aggravated by nerves. The GP told me that mornings were often the worse time.
It might be simply because in those extra hours on a weekend your body absorbs the excess liquid. What happens on holidays and bank holidays? What about getting up at 5.45am on a weekend...
its IBS - i have exactly the same thing so i only have a cup of tea once i get to work! Also i either get it so i can't leave the house til i am done - making me late for work or it is fine when i leave and then i get horrid cramps on the train and have to deal with it in the station - making me late for work! so i stopped having breakfast!
