Peculiar advice needed

I am running a charity race in 2 weeks time and will be running in a French Maids outfit. I have bought a dress and my wife has made an apron and sewn some lace onto the dress so it looks pretty good (well as good as a 6\'1\" 14.5 stone bloke can do in a dress :D )

I have been thinking about wearing a padded bra - but am at a loss as to what to stuff it with - it needs to be as light as possible and preferably something that is not going to give me nipple rash!

How about some silicon chicken fillets (which you can get from good lingerie deparments). Put some vaseline on them to stop nipple rash.

My wife says first choice is cotton wool, but if you haven't got that much cotton wool try some of your lady wife's screwed-up tights.

It would have to be something like rolled up cotton bandages as cotton wool would just absorb sweat and become heavy and irritating,the 'chicken fillets' would also cause sweating and would rub.
