stomach rumble - not hungry though

why is my stomach rumbling but i don't feel hungry (i had a yogurt and apple about an hour ago for breakfast)

is it because i'm ill, but i've only got a cold. . .

My stomach rumbles when I'm not hungry. It's very random.

I didn't have a big breakfast but i havent been using much energy so i shouldnt need any more food for another few hours yet.

Might be. I;ve found when I have a cold or sore throat I produce more saliva. When this travels to stomach it makes it think food is coming

i had the same yesterday and i wasn't hungry for three hours, even then my stomach wasn't rumbling, jsut feeling a bit peckish.

i forgot, i had 2 biscuits aswell, i didnt want much and there was no milk or bread for cereals or toast.
