Pimple type spots on hands

Ive just started to get what I can only describe as small splinter type lumps/spots on my hands. Its definitely not splinters but wondered if anyone knew what they are or have had the same.

Im not worrying over it but they come and go!! LOL!!

Why cant u give blood if you have taken body building steriods ?

Oh crumbs NOOOOOOOO - definitely nothing like that. They are just like splinter spots!! I will keep searching!

Possibly Contact Dermatitis tgm if they come and go. You are probably allergic to something.

i used to get little sots that seemed like bits of glass in myfingers...it was an allergy eczema thing

i get a sort of small spot on my thumb, just below the knuckle every now and then, it starts off itchy and a little bit red then just goes to a normal coloured lump. after a while it just goes by itself, no idea what it is though!
