i've had quite a few large spots appear on my back after a course of steroids, will these go in time or are they there for life

Yes they should disappear. Steroids upset the bodys hormones, so it's a bit like going through puberty again. They should disappear as your hormones balance out.

If you have not undergone a course of PCT after your steroid cycle you dont know enough about them to use them and are likely messing yourself up quite badly. idiot.
