what are thoughts

when i think about things and iam pondering in my head where do all the thoughs come rushing in from? can some one please tell me?

thats like trying to explain where dreams come from. what a mystery

They come in at the elbows, rush up the arms, get filtered by the brain, and the rubbishy thoughts are discarded out through the ears.

Or in my case (and the case of a lot of people I know) the rubbishy ones are discarded through the mouth!!

Sorry, I know it's a bit late, for a post, but I love this question.

One thought. To me it is poetic justice that 'the brain' cannot understand 'the brain'. So we will never know.
