can anyone suggest any quick and easy meals for someone who is trying to watch their weight? tia

Stir frys with as much chilli as you can handle.

There is evidence to show that spices, especially chilli, can raise the metabolic rate by up to 50% for up to 3 hours after you’ve eaten a spicy meal.

Drinks containing caffeine also stimulate the metabolism, as does green tea.

We talked about this a few weeks back.

What also helps is to try and keep the heating off as much as possible. Make your body work to keep warm.

i go to the gym 4 days a week im toning up nicely but dont seem to be losing weight (especially around the middle)and i think its probably because i'm eating the wrong things, so thats why i need to stock up with some healthly foods.
Jacket potatoes with cottage cheese, or chilli-con-carne. Just go light on the butter, though.
if you make a big batch of soup and just heat some up when you feel a little peckish!! pack it with a load of veg!
Fruitsalad...if you are going to the gym 4 days a week do not expect to lose weight on the scales. Muscle weights more than fat. Measure yourself...measure your thighs, waist, bust and arms. Do this once a week....don't weigh yourself.

Pay attention to the cm's lost....

i think stuffed peppers are quite nice and i find them very filling, try cous-cous or brown rice in a nice pepper, baked in the oven, lovely!!
Look on the slimming world website, it is full of meal ideas x
