daffy, please do not get depressed about the onset of Cor Pulmonale as it is eminently controllable now.

I have still been thinking about you and also your disability with sleeping.

Why don't you explore Long-term oxygen therapy (LTOT)/Nocturnal Oxygen Therapy (NOT).?
I'm more angry than depressed about the Cor Pulmonale Sqad,this diagnosis wasn't expected for another couple of years yet so it means my lungs are deteriorating faster than we thought.
I may have to ask my consultant about oxygen therapy for my sleeping problems.
