Sleep Twitching

My husband twitches in his sleep all the time, the way animals twitch when they dream (not that I am comparing my husband to an animal..!)  It makes me jump, and I really want him to stop it!  Does anyone have a cure for sleep twitching?

my girlfriend does the same thing, i heard that milk should help with it, not sure whether it actually works but it sounds biologicaly sound - calcium is involved in nerve junctions.
