What are the possible causes of intermittent chest wall pain of more than 5 days if the patient is not having a fever and it has nothing related to the cardiovascular origin?

The obvious answer would be for a GP to diagnose the pain. But it could be indigestion, gall bladder or umpteen other things.

yeap! There is another reason why you might be feeling chest pains besides a cardiovascular problem. It is what we call Atypical chest pain.

Its a psychogenic chest pain that occurs when you can't deal with the stress of your job, family, partner, etc etc. In other words, its a psychologic problem, a pain induced by the mind. But don't get me wrong, this pain is very real for patients suffering from it. And it's pretty hard to treat considering you have to change your way of life altogether.

Could be gastric related, stomach acid in the gullet etc, still best to see a Doc immediately and get proper checkover.
