anyone tried this homeopathic remedy to help them sleep? im not able to get off to sleep at the moment due to too many things on my mind.

I`ve tried them but found they did not help me. I found QUIET LIFE helped me. I went to my local health shop to discuss things & was recomended them. It would be worth you going to have a chat before trying anything as sometimes taking something in the daytime to can help. They`ll be able to advise you.

Sunny give valerian root a try, its only seven pounds for a hundred tablets from holland and barret, i used to take two a night and they helped me no end, they're non addictive and your body does'nt develop a tolerance to them! obviously check with your gp and always read the label first!
