i have been going to the gym 4 times a week for the last 4 months, have lost a stone in weight and also getting more toned, but for all that I still have belly fat not as much as before, but it just wont shift, where am I going wrong?

Your options (besides surgery) is to either accept it, or to diet until it is the required size, and your face and limbs look emaciated. Probably best to just disguise it with good dress sense.
